New Roof Track BMU was installed in IOI Business Hotel Malaysia

CONGRATULATIONS!!!

1 set of Roof Track BMU is Successfully Installed In IOI Business Hotel In Malaysia. This is a high mast BMU with 8m long fixed jib.

This machine was delivered in April of 2023.

It was installed and commissioned in September. Now it has passed all the testing at site and now has been transferred to end user.

This machine is equipped with a monitoring system with diagnosing function and remote trouble shooting. 

Firstly, you can see all major information of BMU, such as height of cradle, which floor the cradle is located in, and how many restraint pins have been inserted etc.

Secondly, there are error traceability function. You can see what error the BMU is having and where is it is and also which causes this error. On the screen you can see a photo showing where it is. This function will help the end user do most of the trouble shooting by themselves.

Thirdly, if end user can’t do the trouble shooting, we can also help them in our office remotely if they can share the hotspot of the cell phone to make the BMU be connected with internet.

This is our first project of roof track BMU system in Malaysia, installed and commissioned by our local partner TOP SCOPE(M) SDN. BHD.
